Tinsley Bridge Engineering fabricate equipment for U21 World Cup

An order has been completed to supply bridge sections for a Jerusalem sports stadium being constructed in time for the U21 football European cup. The competition will be held this year in Israel. The sections have been designed to withstand a load of 350 tonnes, and are subassemblies for bridges that will fans will use to access the stadium. England will play matches during the tournament at this stadium, so this will include supporters of the England team unaware the structure has been engineered back home.

The 2 main sections under manufacture at Tinsley Bridge Engineering (TBS) are 8m long and together weigh 16 tonnes. TBS have been included in the work so that a turn-key project solution can be provided to the customer.
