Tinsley Bridge welcomes to the company, Paul Westney, Refurbishment Project Engineer, and Jonathan Cheeseman, Sales & Bid Manager.

Jonathan Cheeseman and Paul Westney have joined to support expansion in refurbishment services provided for steel plant processing equipment and bring over 50 years combined knowledge and experience within the heavy engineering industry.

Both have worked in key sectors including Steel Processing, Nuclear, Mining and Tunnelling, Civil Infrastructure, Hydro, Quarrying, Renewables and Rail.

Jonathan and Paul’s roles facilitate recent business growth in Technical Engineering Projects and service activities within the UK Steel Processing and Quarrying Industries. This includes all levels of mechanical refurbishment, inspection and testing.

Paul Westney has over forty years experience with DavyMarkham managing many strategic UK and export contracts. Focussed primarily on Steel Processing and Quarrying sectors he has specialist expertise delivering high quality shop erection and refurbishment projects.

Jonathan Cheeseman is both a time served machinist and Mechanical Engineering graduate. He has worked previously as Technical Sales Engineer/ Bid Manager for both DavyMarkham and Newburgh Precision. His proven experience managing large and small contracts will expand our capability to develop new business in technical projects, precision CNC machining and servicing existing customers.
