Milestone Achievement at Tinsley Bridge Services

The team at Tinsley Bridge Services has successfully completed surveillance audits for both BS EN 1090 up to and including Execution Class 4 and BS EN 15085 up to and including Classification Level 1.

The EN 1090 standards are European standards that regulate the fabrication and assembly of steel and aluminium structures. While Execution class 1 is for simple structure, Execution class 4 is for complex structural fabrications and safety critical applications. Tinsley Bridge is certified to the highest level at Execution class 4.

EN 15085 is a central tool for quality assurance certifying welding companies in railway vehicle construction. It is used by national security agencies, manufacture certification bodies, railway vehicle industry and the rail traffic operators.
