Engineering Design and Testing

Tinsley Bridge has significant in house engineering design and test capabilities, enhanced by access to cutting edge research and design programmes.

Tinsley Bridge works closely with external partners to enhance its design, test and development capability of suspensions components, specifically stabiliser bars, torsion bars, leaf springs (parabolic and conventional), trailing arms/air links. With a small run engineering capability prototype manufacture is quick, easy and straightforward. This is complemented by a metallurgical and materials testing laboratory.

The company also designs, procures and installs spring manufacturing equipment. The close working relationships we have established add significantly to our own research, design and testing resources – giving us a significant advantage over our rivals.
